Shipping
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
All orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Once your order is placed, the warehouse processes it the following business day. It is then picked, packed and dispatched, and you receive an email with your tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Orders placed after 11:00 CET are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Packages are not moved on weekends or public holidays.
Free shipping on orders over €49.
We always strive to deliver on time, but factors outside our and our courier's control, such as extreme weather or technical failures, can occasionally cause delays. During campaigns, delivery times may also be longer than usual.

Returns
You can return products bought on credoet.com within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund of the product price.
Products must be unworn, in their original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact, and in the same condition as when you received them. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
To return your items:
- Email us at contact@credoet.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the items securely and send them to us. We recommend a tracked service.
Your refund is processed within 10 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.
